School and College Entrance Vaccines

You have prepared your college-bound children for the academic rigors of higher education, but have you prepared them for the vaccine and health requirements? Students must present valid documentation of vaccines prior to entering college.

Colleges require entering freshmen to be vaccinated against Meningitis and many require additional vaccines like Hepatitis B and Tetanus-Diphtheria, to mention a few. The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommends vaccination against Meningitis for teens entering high school who have not previously received the Meningococcal vaccine.

In addition to flu clinics and college-ready vaccine events, Passport Health will also prepare your students for their international travel experience. Our travel health specialists will come to your school and provide your traveling students with a comprehensive, itinerary specific consultation that covers everything from what to wear to what foods are safe to eat and what vaccines are recommended or required in that country. Your students will then receive the recommended vaccinations, medicines and specialty travel supplies to protect their health while they travel abroad.

Associated educational programs can be tailored to meet the specific needs of students, parents, faculty and staff.
